Professional Experience:

Electronic develop

Developed application for testing 6 different electronic devices, using Labview, MS SQL, C programming of microcontroller, serial communication, and a Linux device. One of the tests consisted of analyzing network stress for network communications by creating an API host and monitoring the data speed on the client device.

LabVIEW develop

Designed a test system, including electronic hardware and Labview software for analyzing power supplies including impedance, Voltage and current draw stress tests, HDMI cable test.

Tableau Efficiency Analyst

Developed comprehensive Tableau dashboards to analyze and enhance operator and station efficiency. Utilized advanced data visualization techniques to transform complex datasets into actionable insights, facilitating decision-making and optimizing resource allocation across operations.

SQL optimize tables

Optimized and standardized data storage on MSSQL for a production cell consisting of 30 stations.

Back-end Web develop

Developed an API server for securing network communications using node.js for communication between unsecured devices (Industrial controllers, Vision Systems, Scanners) and a secured server.

IOT develop

Deployed and configured an MQTT broker to enhance real-time monitoring and device control across the facility. Led the integration of IoT applications for streamlined data exchange and developed a Labview application for simultaneous monitoring and command execution to all stations. Integrated with PLCs for real-time tracking and automated control, significantly boosting process reliability and efficiency. This system optimized device management and enabled advanced data analytics for predictive maintenance.

Cybersecurity research

Worked on Cyber security research to develop a learning safety environment for simulation for testing vulnerabilities against confidentiality , integrity and availability attacks, Used different technologies for the simulations including node.js, MQTT, API’s, http protocols over bluetooth and wifi.

PLC SCADA develop

Deployed a MongoDB server and architected databases to enable comprehensive analytics of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across the plant. Integrated a MQTT client within the PLC system to capture real-time transactions and machine states, facilitating accurate monitoring and analysis. Developed and connected custom modules in Labview to collect and visualize OEE data in real time, enhancing operational decision-making. Utilized MongoDB to efficiently store and manage historical data, improving long-term analytics capabilities and enabling detailed trend analysis and predictive maintenance insights.

Radioactivity in microcontroller research

Researched on effects of radioactivity on microprocessors, to capture and analyze information for effects of radioactivity on low altitude satellites which are subject to high levels of radioactivity, in order to better forecast lifespan.
